I suffered a partially detached retina when I had worked at a factory back in the 80s. Thankfully it healed up. I had a great optometrist at the time and still remember his name, Dr Peter Nindcheff in Strongsville, OH.

Folks, I understand the detachment of the Retina too well., I was born with a detached Nerve of my Retina. So I am legally blind in my left eye. It is very TRUE that light does not perceive my brain because my left eye does not sense it. Even with the strongest of lights. So if anyone has any questions about eyesight and blindness... please get the facts or if you don't know, don't assume you know and post something unintelligent. " I won't embarrass the person that said that everyone got it wrong" Because you're WRONG!!
