Not just Bank of Scotland but the Clydesdale Bank and The Royal Bank of Scotland, all print their own notes. We have plenty of Bank of England notes kicking around but they are outdone by the number of Scottish notes, especially the tenners for some weird reason :)

Player #4586465, it may be part of the UK but Scotlands notes say bank of Scotland not bank of England and are a completely different note. The bank of England note and the bank of Scotland notes are excepted throughout the UK but they get sorted at the banks and sent back to each country so Scottish notes aren't very common in England I don't know regarding the other way around its been years since in worked in Scotland.
