I believe the movie was longer than the actual sinking of the Titanic, great film though!

Rose could have moved over then Jack could have lived OR he could have pushed someone off the floating debris that passed. Just saying🤔🤷‍♀️

Saw it once and that was enough. The romance between the 2 leads wasn't as interesting, to me, as the stories of other passengers. The woman in steerage with her children, the old couple... Just read a fascinating book about the people on board. So many stories.

movie cost is more than the actual cost of the RMS TITANIC

The characters and information from the movie is interesting. I saw it when I was 13, did a paper on the real Titanic for school and I was amazed at the amount of actual true characters and info. The real Captain and the actor that played him in the movie could have been identical! Still agree that Rose and Jack could have both fit on that darn door! Grr

it too bad Capt. Smith didn't order an all stop when he received the iceberg warning. that fateful night would have had a different outcome.

REMEMBER THAT TITANIC WAS TAKING PLACE IN 1912 AND PEOPLE WERE STILL LIVING AS THEY WERE IN VICTORIAN TIMES. THE CODE CODE OF CONDUCT WAS DIFFERENT THEN.

I resisted seeing that movie for months because I knew how it ended. The ship sinks and a lot of people die. It caused nightmares for me, all the needless deaths!

An education in class systems. Such a moving film, one of my favourites. Never cried so much after a film.
