I was lucky to see them in the 80s when there were 8 and the bridge (rock formation also) was still intact.

Gazman_Melb, As lovely as Victoria is, I have to disagree with you. Your statement is a bit one eyed and not accurate. Yes Melbourne did temporarily host the early Federal Parliament while Canberra was built. The Commonwealth of Australia was not so much founded as legislated into being in the British Parliament. Check it out. Our non Australian friends here deserve some accuracy. I can be just as one eyed about Western Australia but this is not really the place for interstate rivalry is it.
