Player #27320926Hener14, it depends on what it's attributed to, I have right sided weakness, (I'm right sided dominant) which came from an autoimmune, myositis, this was 10 years ago, it doesn't matter how much pt never gets better..

So in the notes it says that hemiparesis is not paralysis of half the body as that is hemiplegia , and hemiparesis is just weakness in half of the body

Hemiparesis. This happened to me. Lost all feeling on my left side. Doctors said it was mild TIA. But now 2 years later it happens on a regular basis with no warning causing falls. Specialty doctor says it's Myelopathy which requires neck surgery.
