In truth, he rescued me, as much as I rescued him. He has become my therapy cat. When I feel down or am ill, he stays with me constantly. Recently he stayed with me 24 hours a day, except to eat or use the litter pan. He did this for several days.. All animals are amazing in various ways. So, why do so many "humans" abuse and kill them.
