I went with my Canadian cousin, whom had lived in London during the 1960s. It's not worth the £35 EACH we paid. Unless you're familiar with the London landmarks then you really could be looking at rooftops anywhere. I wouldn't recommend it, there are far more interesting places to spend your money.
