What is Poland Syndrome?

Never heard of this before, will come in handy when making pub quiz questions 🤓

I was diagnosed with Poland's Syndrome. I was born with only ripples and barely any breast whatsoever. I've had an extremely low self image all my life. never new what it was until I was 65 years old. isn't that crazy?!
