Who said, "Science without religion is lame, religion without science is blind"?

When quoting someone, please be specific. Like this: In a letter written in Princeton (NJ) dated 3.1.1954 to Eric Gutkind, Albert Einstein wrote: "For me the unadulterated Jewish religion is, like all other religions, an incarnation of primitive superstition." Enough said.

I assume that in this quote Einstein was talking about faith in God as creator, first cause, not to any earthy institution.

Let's be clear, Einstein was not a religious person...

He was not only superlatively intelligent but extremely wise. May more like him be born into this world.
