Which branch of medicine deals with wounds and injuries?

I had a head injury when I got hit by a car, fractured scull and concussion, I also had that out of body or near death experience. Not a lot of people believe in it but it definitely happened to me and obviously I lived to tell the tale👍 oh and although it was the drivers fault he got away with me 😡
