Player en_846, Perhaps "entertaining" isn't the correct terminology here, intriguing or fascinating & educational might fit better. Good show though, wish they would make more.

504native, "Dark" Tourism isn't about entertainment. It's about the awe & fascination with the event or events which took place. People are not "entertained" when they visit "Chernobyl" or "Auschwitz" or the former site of "Jonestown". Devastation is a curiosity & when you are at those places, sometimes makes it more real to some people. They feel the heartache & loss along with the triumph for those who survived. It is about feeling it all.

504native, many people tour Whitechapel to know more about Jack the ripper; which is a better example of dark tourism. Also, doesn't mean they like Jack, or don't feel for his victims.
