I've been to see this, and it is truly amazing. No two the same. one of the farmers who was involved in finding the army was employed to sign copies of the book sold on site. They were trying to dig a well, but the bucket came up with a piece of terracotta instead

It is a small part of the town created to serve the Emperor in the afterlife which is all around the Emperor’s tomb. The town is being excavated but my understanding is that the tomb will not be opened until about 2035. It’s believed it’s treasure will make Tutankhamen look like a poor relation. Unfortunately I won’t live to see it

I saw part of the Terracotta army at the Kimball Museum in Fort Worth Texas. They were amazing. They had some of the horses too. They were beautiful.
