I would like to know more about how the Chinese, or anyone else, could have been isolating sex & pituitary hormones, or anything else, for medical purposes 200 years before Christ was even born!!

STEPHEN BODDY, I get to have lots of blood tests and now it’s a telephone appointment. Pituitary adenoma surgery 33 years ago , radiotherapy on recurrence 28 years ago destroyed my pituitary so I have no pituitary function at all . All hormones on replacement so this question hit home!!

I also see an endocrinologist twice a year. I am on complete hormone replacement therapy due to having a brain tumour at the age of 2.
