Stacy, I didn't read in the description that people from Arkansas are called Hillbillies. I would not assume it either. The history of the word Hillbillies comes from the Appalachian Mountains. Billys refered to Irish immigrants who settled there.

I'm from little rock too...after I moved away 5yrs later I had to move back. It's a great place especially interested in retiring here.
Clint Eastwood bought property in hot springs ar which is also a tourist city.
Al Capone was known for vacationing there too. Plus Ponce de Leon thought he had found the fountain of youth bc of the natural hot springs there. Then there's the diamond mounds in Murfreesboro and what you find you keep. There's a lot of history and fun here in the Natural / Diamond state.
