syahirah 🐙, Skill ?! 99% is just vile, unsightly daubs, defacing and damaging other peoples' property whilst polluting everybody's visual environment. Much of. - such as so-called tagging - for example - is just ego-tripping by untalented, arrogant and rebellious adolescents, making a claim to the site. Rather like the 'scent-marking' done by some male animals. Most animals use their urine, however, or specialised glandular secretions. Malodorous, but which may be washed away by the next rain, and it's usually invisible. Those guilty of human graffiti ought to be prosecuted and automatically sentenced to large amounts of what, I believe, Is now called 'unpaid work' erasing these eye-sores. Once in a while a graffiti practitioner (_ not_ artist) comes along ,whose creations have slight artistic merit, such as the notorious Banksy, but even he should still be unmasked and prosecuted as a warning to others - unless the owner of the property is happy to have it (because they now much richer !) Banksy, in fact, has apparently made so much money that he could rent hoardings/billboards to express his opinions.
