GI Joe, they change lives, most of them for the better. In most countries they do this for a far smaller salary than other graduate professionals. The vast majority in the UK daily do things far over and above what their contract requires and they keep doing it all because they give the best of themselves to their students. Currently teachers in the UK have had their pay frozen by the government for years. Yet still they give all they have to such an extent that in the UK they have the shortest post-retirement life expectancy of any graduate profession. Heroes? Yes I think so.

I love sports and I agree that hard working players should be rewarded accordingly. However to sell a piece of cloth for over 4 millions, no matter whose it is, underestimates our intelligence. I find it plainly silly. ☺️
