yes it is Orsova pronounced Orshava. we were here in August 2019 and enjoyed the August 31 festival bbq feast and fireworks in the town's waterfront and also took the 3-1/2 hour boat cruise tour. This place was gorgeous and our Airbnb was wonderful with a full view of the River.
