I lived in Africa for several years until early 2000s. I loved when we were invited to a village. They had us sing for them. (Not everyone was a singer and we were pretty bad.) But we were received so graciously. Then the village gave us what amounted to a concert. Complex rhythms with tiny preschoolers hitting their family's drums as proud papa beat it too. Great harmonies from the whole group. It was fantastic. I was glad I went. It would have been a shame to miss it. Now it is a forever memory.

Player #9495659, I partially agree with you however it does not mean that children have gotten dumber, it just means that the language and situations have changed and so to make the story resonate better with modern children, they are adapting the story. I believe this isn't ruining Shakespeare, it is simply allowing his work to be appreciated in our current era. if they left it as original, most children wouldn't understand and would hate reading it. Also, how is this relevant to Botswana?
