jsh, Cinnamon tea is great! I grew up drinking it during cold weather. Hibiscus tea is also a great summer drink.

I think that one of the reasons why tea became so popular in the 17th century (amongst those who could afford it) was that it is made with boiling water, thus reducing the lethal germs often found in water at that time.
