Never was a big fan of all that icing so my mom would make me a pumpkin pie (my choice) for my birthday every year.

I Love All that icing on my cakes!! When I was a kid, I'd eat the icing and leave the cake!! Yes, I was a cute, little handful!! I don't do that so much anymore. My favorite cakes are: cheesecake, chocolate cake, carrotcake, Oreo dirt cake, Hersheys double chocolate cake, etc.
