Jaws, My father had the red/green variety, and to him it both colours were shades of another colour he could not describe - dull and murky. Fortunately, he could tell which traffic light was lit up, so could drive. But if someeone changed the filters it would have made no difference. He liked to paint, but the colours might not be what was there. Red leaves (even if not autumn) and green post and phone boxes ( red in UK). The correct name is Daltonism, after John Dalton, a famous Manchester (UK) scientist. He suffered from it, and researched it extensively - along with many other subjects. He arranged that after his death his eyes should be removed and donated for research. They are now in the Science and Industry Museum, in Manchester.
