Bill, you are wrong, very very wrong. There is such time as 00:00:00( zero hundred hours). 00:00:00 only lasts for a precise second and then it’s 00:00:01,then 00:00:02,then 00:00:03 and so forth. As I said Bill you’re wrong old mate.
