B Dog, Both Danny Elfman and John Williams have composed music for over a hundred movies and although it’s probable that Elfman will eventually overtake the aging Williams on pure numbers, Williams’ themes are more iconic: Jaws, Close Encounters of the Third Kind, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Star Wars, E.T., Home Alone, Schindler’s List, Jurassic Park, Saving Private Ryan, Harry Potter…the only music I can remember of Elfman’s films is Nightmare Before Christmas.

I used to go to the annual Halloween Oingo Bingo concert at Irvine Amphitheater in CA. He's definitely a brilliant composer. Also married to Bridget Fonda!

Several Simpsons characters are named after Portland streets. Flanders, Quimby, Terwillager, Lovejoy…

Danny Elfman is one of the true musical geniuses of the 20th century, and he’s quite possibly written scores for more films than you’ve WATCHED 😂 I don’t know how he does it
