No one is advised to use it to improve heart health. You might try reading decent science articles rather than the reports in the media which are generally inaccurate.

Irish Gale, Heroin is created from opium's 1st derivative, morphine in a five stage refinement process that includes boiling with ammonia, heating for 7 hours with acetic anhydride mixing in chloroform to remove impurities and adding sodium carbonate to solidify.the fourth stage is highly volatile using ether and hydrochloric acid. I'm not sure if nature could have worked that out herself

Bayer did much good for humanity, even tho they invented other drugs than Aspirin. just ask your moms or grannies how they'd have got along with horrible periods, headaches, and other pains before other pain killers became available. it's humans that ignored the drug warnings and overused them.
