What is the term for a restaurant that serves breakfast all day?

I am sure that there are places in Australia, NZ, UK that call themselves diner. I have not seen a connection between diner and all-day- breakfast. Diner, in Commonwealth countries, just means a cafe/ restaurant that sells American food . If somewhere sells all-day-breakfast, which I love, they just say it on the front.
