Queen Esther, some people are cruel, but as a whole we're not a cruel country, we've changed a lot, and nobody has spent more money or blood helping other countries etc. so if you don't like it leave!!!

BonBon, I know what you mean, but…. I raised 3 wonderful boys. They grew up on McD’s , we were lucky they all got an education with degrees all in good health now in their 50’s and 60’s we are in our 80’s. As the saying goes if I knew then what I know now. But we were lucky and feel blessed. May you have a happy life.

My father took Mom, me & my brother. & sister to our first McD's in 1957 to try their $o.14 hamburgers. He had to charge $o.25 at his 2 restaurants and wondered how they could do it.
When I moved from the burbs of St.Louis, MO. to Atlanta GA. in 1980, I knew I was "in the south" when I saw "grits" on the menu..

Say what you want about McDonald’s, and I’ll probably agree, but it is a great introduction to the working world. I encourage every young person to start their working career at McDonald’s.
