Art Deco is my very favorite style. The Chrysler Building and also The Empire State Building are exceptional examples in NYC. Chicago is a bastion of the style and the best everyday examples aren't found in downtown Chicago business district but rather in the (currently) unfashionable areas of the city. But gentrification and restoration will sure come 'round in good time.
