I went to see a monet exhibition with my dad via the wish ambulance foundation in my country, and he fell in love with this painting. A week later he died and we used this painting for his card. Very special that it comes up in this game now.

At 15 our French teacher took us to the retospective exhibit at the Art Institute in Chicago. It changed my life. I became an artist so that I could bring beauty to others. I am a long way from being on his level, but he is still one of my favs.

went to the art gallery here (in Toronto) about 2 years ago and saw an exhibit which had Van Gogh, Gauguin, etc. I had never been a particular fan of Money's works until I saw Water Lilies. it blew me away. brought me to years right there, with people milling about me. I was so moved by it and to this day I couldn't tell you why. it was just so beautiful.

Uninitialized, prints of the series done from different times of the year are amazing. I had 3 large ones by a large window bay in my living room.The colors are so lovely. Sadly we had a fire and the prints were destroyed. I didn't replace them when we rebuilt.

silentsam, you can find Water Lilies at the Musee de’Orangerie in Paris. It is a special museum built to display these amazing pieces. The paintings are very large and need their own space. It is one of the places in Paris without crowds. In the basement is a stunning collection as well
