What illness is often caused by Salmonella bacteria?

It seems like I have come across the same subject recently.

I have had poison from my own food

I've not had food poisoning

Hazel, I have a question, if someone would get salmonella bacteria would it help if they ate tomatoes?

Facts : It can survive upto two months, tomato juice can kill salmonella bacteria, even it can cause deaths in u.s and worldwide, infections can cause due to this condition , it is most common in summer season , foods like uncooked poultry, eggs etc contains this bacteria

I don't know this questions so I request you that you please stop this types of question to solve me
