I’m 79 years old. So far, so good. I have my original body parts. No knee transplants. I still have my appendix, tonsils, prepuce. I do not take ANY medicines. What’s the secret? DNA, genes. Not my doing. Let my parents take credit. I did play a lot of sports, ran marathons, biked 50 miles, when I was young. Didn’t smoke cigarettes (I do smoke weed now), never drank hard liquor ( I do get smashed on beer now). And…..LUV milk. Not 2%, low-fat, skim. I drink mine straight, “neat”, whole. I go through a gallon a week. Thank you, Jesus.
