Sophie, sometimes there is a problem with the valves that carry blood to the heart so not always the heart muscle itself or there can be blood clots causing a blockage its good to control weight of course but thin people also have heart attacks! My sister was born with a malformed valve not discovered until she was in her 70s it's been replaced She is like a new person now

Sophie, Heart attacks are not caused by a " tired" heart. They are caused by a build up of fatty plaques in the coronary arteries that supply the heart with oxygenated blood. This causes heart muscle death. So, eat a healthy diet
