My mother and father served in the US Air Force for 10 yrs. They met, fell in love, and got married in Shreveport, LA. They had my older brother in Tachikawa, Japan. He had dual citizenship. (He loved that!!) When I tell people abt him being born in Japan, u wouldn't believe how many people ask me, "Is he Japanese? What does he look like?" People are soo Funny!!My parents are both white German descendants. LOL
