Which medication is commonly used for reducing fever?

I could only choose the right answer because the other three were absolutely wrong.

I take acetaminophen regularly, didn't know until now, it was also known as paracetamol, good to know.

Never heard or read Paracetamol before this quiz(yep, American)

Amazing how drug names differ between Australia and USA, never called Acetaminophen in Oz, always Paracetamol.
