What syndrome is characterized by leg discomfort and urge to move?

I have Lazy Legs syndrome...

Vascular disease, wear and tear on the legs working in production lines, military service.

I've had RLS for the last three and a half years. I think mine stems from a long-standing spinal injury (54 years ago)
