In 1979 and again in 1982, I worked at a restaurant in Manhattan Beach, CA called Orville & Wilbur's. At the time it was the best restaurant in town. There was a replica of the plane hanging in the restaurant. I would say the wings were approximately 10' wide. The upper level was the bar with ocean view!

Very interesting to learn that these brothers were the first to invent flying a plane. Good on them and here we are enjoying the momentum.

our family is related to the Wright brothers (my mother was a professional genealogist). I'm afraid of flying!
