After California, which U.S. state has the most votes in the Electoral College?

Absolutely right! Each vote should count for who it is cast for. The electoral college is a farce. There are examples of the person who wins the popular vote not winning the election, so our votes don't really count with this system. Basically the most populous states decide, not the individual voter.

I believe the electoral college should be abolished. It is doing exactly the opposite of what it was intended to do.
