That's terrible not being able to go to the bathroom for 3 days. I'd never marry or I'd secretly go to the bathroom. I'm not a doctor but I know that not going to the bathroom for a long time like 3 days can cause bladder and kidney problems. If you have health problems it could be extremely unsafe.
