Why Do Frogs Croak?

Castra, We feed the birds and the squirrels in our yard and have multiple water containers. Some low, some higher up for the birds.But you never know who's going to show up.

I have a nice wildlife pond in my garden which attracts multible amphibians in the spring, frogs toads and newts. It's usually full of tadpoles when the mating season is over. Wild birds come to bathe and drink on the top section of cascade waterfall too. It gives me great pleasure.
