Which human-favorite food is toxic to dogs?

Miss Sue, Maybe some dogs are more prone than others. Age, weight, and general health might be factors too. I have cats. They are really, really picky. Never chocolate but a couple of them liked glazed doughnuts. And they all like whipped cream.

I've always wondered if this is true? My English Springer Spaniel could and would eat ANYTHING! When he managed to steal chocolate and devour it, he never vomited or acted sick in anyway! He was a purebred!
