What is this bird of prey from the Accipitridae family?

Miss Sue, I once came upon a bald eagle looking down from a tree overlooking a river he was eye level with me about 50 feet away. Suddenly a Golden eagle came out of nowhere and knocked him right out of the tree landing on the same branch. Once he saw us he flew away and left us with our mouths hanging open. Truly thrilling

Got to meet one face to face behind a sign at Bush Gardens years ago! Totally like meeting an equal life form! It was completely confident and poised! I will never forget the experience!
