Player: Coco, in those days, American athletes were all amateur status. The team were high school, college age. USSR team were 30+ year old professional athletes. THAT is why everyone called it a Miracle

I remember this game well, and the question asked by Al Michaels. "Do you believe in miracles" has been asked many times over since he yelled it out that day. I remember wishing my dad was still alive, even though he wasn't a hockey fan like me, he was a big sports fan and I'm pretty sure he would have enjoyed watching the match.
