What popular soft drink claims to contain 23 flavors?
Correct answer: Dr Pepper
Greeny Froggy
Adam James Lewis, they mixed different fruit and spice flavors like cherry ,vanilla , pineapple, cinnimon, clove, lemon etc to acheive a certian taste. Some flavor amounts may be so small you probably can’t taste them but are in there just to be counted as one of the 23 flavors.

I had no idea that it came out before Coke. Learning something new every time I play! I always kinda thought that Coke was the first kind of soft drink- for what we consider as modern soft drinks.
daveindy

I'm so glad that Dr. Pepper is one of the few that make their product available in caffeine free as several years ago I became unable to tolerate anything with caffeine in it. (Yes it is sad and frustrating! Especially if I need to "wake up" Lol) But I have always loved Dr. Pepper so at least I can still have it, YAY!
Buddy Julio
It is the best drink to mellow out the heat in hot peppers! I discovered this accidentally eating seriously hot spicy Mexican food! Much better than water or even milk.
bitterexdroid2005
robertthemoose14, I must try that. I love Dr Pepper but limit myself to one per month. I had a slight Pepper addiction! I think I like it because there is no other soft drink resembling it. It is also nice warmed up slightly.

Greeny Froggy, I'm allergic to pineapple and love Dr Pepper so it's either a teensy amount or artificial flavor.

When I was young, it was common belief among my friends that Dr. Pepper had prune juice in it. Turns out, that's been a persistent rumor since the 1930s, possibly started by a rival company. It's not true.
PerkyLin
I don't like modern Dr. Pepper products at all! Won't touch them!

Fun fact, if you’re a whiskey drinker and somebody insists you try black cherry whiskey? It’s 🤮 straight but it blends nicely with Dr Pepper 😂😂😂
Maestra
Born in Texas, I used to be an addict, lol! I didn’t just drink it at “10, 2, and 4” but all the time. I have since weaned myself in deference to water- but every once in a while, I love a cold one. My friends say it tastes like carbonated prune juice, but I like prunes!! 🤣
wesley
I heard a story that the inventor created it in an effort to convince a doctor whose name was Pepper that he should be allowed to date the doctor's daughter. It did not work but the drink became famous.

I assume the original didn’t have high fructose corn syrup, I wonder what it tasted like? Probably great:) might have had something addictive in though, like morphine or heroine, who knows:))
