taking down our monuments doesn't remove the history. Just like visiting the forts doesn't make you a military person. It's sad. I do understand changing school names if we find the " hero" was anything But....but statues??? why not add readable plaques with the Reasons he was thought to of been honored ALONG WITH the Truth of the man's actions. we have to make it right. maybe Stop honoring people and start Honoring God.
