The dish, Cullen Skink, originates from which country?

I holidayed in Scotland in August and visited Cullen which is a nice little seaside town on the beautiful Moray coast. Didn't try the skink though. Next time.

I make a very similar chowder here in Atlantic Canada. Good with all fish on hand including scallops and shrimp. Sometimes Lobster, when in season. Yum.
