This is a very good question, I especially like the information given after the question. I wasn't aware of the 20/20 concept. Thanks ☺

thumbs up if u don't have 20/20 vision

In the UK we use 6/6 as we measure at six metres rather than twenty feet.
I have always thought it quite subversive that we have a metric system based on half a dozen!
leakfixer1
I missed it! Oh well, hindsight is 20/20
Ezalb17
Bad choices. Any ratio that equals one means "I have the same vision as normal vision". 20/20 is the US standard, but none of those choices indicate abnormal vision.

Funny that in the year 2020 we have everything so out of focus.

At twenty years old I had the vision of a sniper now in my 60's it's another stories. So take great care of your eyes, there's alot to see in this world.

I've been wearing glasses since I was 5. So, for 54 years, I never new what the true definition of nearsightedness and farsightedness was (ie being able to see well when objects are close or far, or vice versa) Good reference! Of course, I could've Googled it, but this is better. Far better.

last time I went to the eye doctor the eye doctor told me that I had cataracts and also 20/20 vision but I work glasses and that's because I can't see things far away so I am nearsighted

JohnKimble, That is for sure. Totally out of focus. What a sad and frustrating world... all about self. WE NEED GOD!!! LET HIM BE OUR FOCUS AND ALL WILL BE CLEAR AND CORRECT...

Player #1008308 Red, It did have great information and descriptions on it all.

"Farsighted" means you can see far away but not up close. "Nearsighted" means you CAN see near, but not far away. The meaning is in the name of what you CAN see. I hope that made sense. oh well.

Not in Italy... 10/10 in Italy, question does not specify the country.

American question unfit for other nations.
Chronosae
As other people have said in their comments, each country has different distances to measure over. Whether it's measured in feet, metres or lightyears, it doesn't matter; what matters is the ratio. The first number, or numerator, is the distance at which you can see an object and the denominator is the modal average. Therefore all of the options given were correct.

we use the 10/10 in my country (Algeria),
the 10/10 means that you can distinguish from a distance of 10 meters, two dots of 1 centimeter in diameter, distanced by 1 centimeter from each other.

I don't think this is a international thing as this game is.

Well, farsightedness is hypermetropia. Nevertheless, the description is very informative.
