At what U.S. theme park can you ride Minion Mayhem?

I remember my visit to Universal Studios after the film Jaws was released. That was my second visit there. I was fascinated as a kid to learn about how movies and TV shows were made and special effects techniques. I've been there about 6 times in my lifetime since I'm from L.A.

But what is it? Dark ride? Roller coaster? Motion sim?
