i hav 9 blown discs 4 neck 5 back n lowest is gone completely. scoliosis. need to check the 13 hopefully good ones that are left. just worked too hard my whole life. thats what the doc said. never saw soo much damage that was not accidentally cauzed. only took 35 yrs to get that way.

I popped a disc one night as I turned over in bed. Luckily I had already had to leave my job, as I think it would take a good couple of months to heal. Take care of your back guys as once it's damaged it will never be quite the same again.

Marshall , I sat at a desk for about 30 years. Somehow my back is just fine. Don’t know why or how but I’ll take it as a blessing. My hands, on the other hand, are sore pretty consistently now, still. I take ibuprofen when I need it. Been retired for 10 years now, hands are sore but not too bad. I’m 71 now. Don’t take your youth for granted.

I had mine removed bc of an infection in my spine, from the waist down, boy do I miss them! I am in pain every single day and it really stinks! But I am glad to be alive! Thank you Dear God!❤️🙏🥰
