What fruit is used in a Bramble cocktail?

In the north of England bramble is another word for blackberry. When I was a child I lived in the countryside and we would go brambling (picking blackberries) as a family so my mum could make jam.

LaContessa, I grew up on a council estate In Harrogate. We used to pick blackberries from the neighbours overgrown brambles

LaContessa, In Scotland we just call them Brambles. Only snobs and chefs call them Blackberries😆
