I ❤️ Robert Wagner, and i have watched several of his movies and All the "Hart to Hart" TV episodes and subsequent movies. No, I don't think he killed Natalie Wood. I don't like Christopher Walken. For my money, I'd Bet that Rascal Christopher Walken did it!! I believe that if Robert Wagner did it, they would have caught him by now.
