I bought a kit at Lowe's on sale during Christmas time. it came with soil, moss, pots, and not only a Venus Fly trap root and sprout, but also another carnivorous plant called a Pitcher plant. They are jist starting to grow. But they don't take all that much care. basically water and not much sun.

i heard that the venus flytrap is capable of photosynthetical metabolism, which means it can live off of sunlight, but every day it gets up and chooses murder.
